Growing up in International boarding schools in England and Switzerland and and having had the privilege of living in seven cities across the globe, I have gained a profound appreciation for the complexities of human behavior, the diversity of aspirations, and the universal pursuit of meaning and fulfillment. From an early age, I was captivated by the intricacies of the human psyche—a fascination that has deepened over the years and shaped the course of my professional journey.

 

With a double major in Business and Psychology, I refined my expertise under the mentorship of the founders of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Over the past two decades, I have navigated the dynamic landscape of the international corporate world, gaining invaluable insights into high-stakes environments and the psychological drivers behind performance, leadership, and personal growth. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to helping individuals unlock their full potential, cultivate clarity, resilience, and self-belief, and ultimately lead lives of purpose and fulfillment.

I integrate a powerful blend of methodologies, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mind-Body Coherence and Brain training techniques such as Hemi-Sync.
